July 02, 2003 - In a presentation made in Europe today, THQ outlined the major new features and the substantially impressive set of improvements it has planned for this years WWE SmackDown...Here Comes the Pain.
After listening to consumer and press feedback, THQ has decided to overhaul its wrestling game from top to bottom. This year's effort features everything from a new grappling system, four different types of grapples, a countering system, more strategy and moves sets overall for starters. The full list of improvements range from storyline, moves sets, graphics, individual wrestler characteristics, submissions, and animations.
